Planning permission for the new premises has been obtained and the business case is being put forward. We want to engage with our patients to get your views and thoughts so that we can work together to create our vision of providing an enhanced service for our patients and we gratefully appreciate any support you can offer.

The move will enable us to provide additional capacity for consultations and to develop teams of different health professionals. As well as your regular GP surgery service, the centre will provide increased access to health and wellbeing services within the same building and in the community, particularly beneficial for people with long term physical and mental health conditions and for older people. Additional clinical support staff will help to promote healthy lifestyles. Improved staff facilities including meeting rooms will enhance the working environment and retention of staff.

We will be discussing the plans with the patient participation group but we want to hear the view of all our patients. Please fill in our short survey to provide your views and thoughts on the proposed new location. Alternatively, we will have forms available at reception in the surgery. If you prefer you can contact us using our dedicated email via our Relocation of Pembridge Villas Surgery Feedback Form. This will only be monitored weekly and we will not be replying to these individually unless there are specific queries. We will collate the feedback from our patients and respond shortly afterwards.

We will keep you regularly updated on progress.
